Summary
Park Place is a true townhome community, located in the Norwest corner of the complex. It is the only sub community that does not communicate internally with the rest and access is through either NW 12 Street or 127 Avenue. Park Place has 99 homes, some one story and other two stories, living areas ranging from 710 to 1790 sq ft. A bit over 10% of the homes are lake front.
